Shipping Rates & Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
* Standard UK Shipping: 10 – 15 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout .
Tracking
All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
As most of our items are custom-made to order, we only accept returns in the following cases:
* The item arrived damaged or defective
* You received the wrong item
* Your item is significantly different from the description
If your order falls into one of the above categories, please contact us at orders@paradiseprint.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll either offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect sizes ordered (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
* Personalized or custom designs
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel the order.
