Welcome to Paradise Print! These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders
* All items are custom-made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only—actual colours and placement may vary slightly due to print or embroidery techniques.
* It is your responsibility to ensure the correct sizing, colour, and design details when placing an order. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
3. Pricing & Payment
* All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
* We accept payment through secure third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
* Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
4. Order Processing & Delivery
* Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Embroidered items may take longer.
* Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external events beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs delays).
5. Cancellations & Amendments
* Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production may have already started.
* To cancel or amend an order, email [your support email] as soon as possible.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns if:
* The item arrives damaged or defective
* The wrong item is sent
* The item is significantly different from the description
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Email orders@paradiseprint.co.ukwith a clear photo and description of the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for:
* Incorrect sizes ordered
* Change of mind
* Personalised/custom designs (unless faulty)
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Paradise Print or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
* Any indirect or consequential losses
* Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
* Delays or issues outside our control
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
